キャンセル・退会に関する規約 1. レッスンのキャンセルについて レッスンをキャンセルする場合は、2日前までにご連絡ください。 期限を過ぎたキャンセルは、振替不可・返金不可となります。急なお子様のご体調不良の場合は念のためご連絡ください。 連絡なしの欠席（無断キャンセル）の場合、レッスン料の全額をお支払いいただきます。 2. 退会について 退会を希望される場合は、１か月前までにご連絡ください。 退会手続きが完了した月の翌月から月謝の請求は停止となります。 既にお支払いいただいた月謝・レッスン料の返金はできません。 3. その他の注意事項 長期間お休みされる場合は、休会制度をご利用いただける場合があります（詳細はご相談ください）。 当教室の運営上、必要に応じて規約を変更することがあります。その場合、事前にご案内いたします。 Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy 1. Lesson Cancellations Please notify us at least two days prior to cancel a lesson. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please contact us in case of sudden illness in your child, just in case. In the event of a no-show without prior notice (unauthorized cancellation), the full lesson fee will be charged. 2. Regarding Withdrawal If you wish to withdraw, please notify us at least one month in advance. Monthly tuition billing will cease starting the month following the completion of your withdrawal process. Tuition or lesson fees already paid are non-refundable. 3. Other Important Notes If you plan to take an extended break, you may be eligible to use our leave of absence system (please inquire for details). The studio reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary for operational reasons. In such cases, advance notice will be provided.
